Business owners often focus on what they do in their business, getting hung up in the details, instead of how the business connects to their customers. In fact, the biggest reason why small businesses fail is not that they don’t have a great solution to a problem, but because they lack the necessary tools to concisely communicate their solution.

The Business Translator Series is designed to help business owners communicate the message of their solution to the needs of their customers. This is done through a 5-part series to help you connect better with your customer. This workshop teaches companies how to answer the who, what, why and how about their business.

This workshop teaches companies how a business becomes more customer focused through creating 3 tools to help better understand their target customer. These tools include: Business Blueprint, Customer Blueprint and Customer Perception.
