Tim is an Elevate Ventures Entrepreneur-in-Residence, North Central Indiana Region. Previously Tim served as President & CEO of Lucid Energy Technologies. Tim led the company through the entire R&D process, product development and market strategy for LucidPipeTM, a revolutionary new hydropower system. Tim possesses the entrepreneurial drive, leadership and charisma to create, develop and commercialize new products and services. Tim has an excellent ability to comprehend technical products for strategic development and market placement.

Prior to Lucid, Tim was an investment adviser and business development expert in the trust and investment industry with 11 years of experience in private wealth management, institutional investing, business development and financial product development. Tim earned his MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco, CA and his BA in Economics from Bluffton University
