John Bodman
Venture Partner

John Bodman is a Venture Partner with Elevate Ventures. He has spent the last 15 years owning, operating, managing, and/or "coaching" 14 small companies to achieve their next levels of economic growth and to ultimately provide rewarding jobs to their increasing number of employees. He continues to serve as an oil and energy consultant and contractor, after his past executive management as President for Amax Coal Sales Company, the third largest in the United States coal industry.

John Bodman graduated with his Bachelors Degree from Princeton University, and later went on to graduate from Harvard University with his MBA. He has spent a total of 35 years in the oil, gas, nuclear and coal (energy) industries.
